Holistic Herbal Consultation - 90 minute initial consult (follow-ups may be shorter)

$200 for initial consult, $150 for follow-ups

As a holistic practitioner, I take the time to look at the whole picture of what is going on with your health-the patterns, the gaps, the missing pieces, the unifying threads. This includes a careful review of your intake form, a detailed conversation with you about what you are feeling, looking at other data/results from labs, imaging, etc., what your goals and roadblocks are, and then crafting a personalized protocol to meet your unique needs and priorities.

Holistic herbalism excels at rebuilding health from the inside out-while some herbs and interventions may offer immediate relief, the cumulative effects of doing this work will increase steadily over time. It is an investment in your long term health and vitality.

 

Mini Consult - 30-45 minutes ($75)

If you are not taking any medications, here are a few areas we can focus on a single issue:

• A known skin issue like  eczema, psoriasis or acne 

• Menstrual cramps

• BPH

• Heartburn/GERD/reflux

• Yeast Infection or BV

• Prevent recurrent UTIs

There is no cost for an initial meet-and-greet to see if I'm a good match for the issue, and in fact I encourage it!
